Always playing sports as a kid, this former athlete-turned-author has experienced the range of challenges that girls face throughout their sports journey. Emily Williams, in writing her debut novel “Lady-thletes” discusses how to face problems head on with tips and tricks for players to try to overcome their own challenges. As a coach, she has been able to have this as a dialogue with her players, but is excited to be able to broaden the reach with her book.
